The Head of Sales is a critical role within our company.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent, communicative and highly motivated individual to help drive the continued growth and performance of our company. EcoMap’s software is tailor-made for large, medium and small ecosystems, including but not limited to entrepreneurial ecosystems, industry specific ecosystems, and large corporate ecosystems. EcoMap is at an incredible stage with proven product/market fit, validated demand, and have attracted a host of leading enterprise and mid-market ecosystem clients. EcoMap is growing rapidly and seeks a proven senior sales executive to drive rapid growth in the space.
The Head of Sales will be a key stakeholder in owning our revenue growth by developing an omnichannel plan and building a sales organization. This individual will work very closely with the Head of Business Development, Head of Customer Success, and Head of Marketing in particular. The Head of Sales will collaborate across the organization to solve complex problems and lead campaigns that will increase Sales and Revenue growth. Ultimately, they are responsible for building and leading the journey from lead to signed contract. The ideal candidate is familiar with and has experience with B2B SaaS sales cycles and can quickly learn about ecosystem building.
In this role you will be responsible for building a team of top talent sales representatives. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing team members into a highly efficient, productive and results oriented department.
